If temperature gets too cold (maybe during shipping), the hormone can come out of the liquid and form small crystals or flakes. This process is reversible, meaning the crystals are not a sign the medicine has spoiled, place the sealed glass vial in a small bowl of warm (not boiling or microwave-hot) water for a few minutes and swirl gently until all the crystals completely dissolve back into the oil. Check clarity: Ensure the liquid is entirely clear and free of floating bits or cloudiness before use.
